Orem Dermatology specifically Byron Edwards and especially the front staff ladies they’re great nice clinic nice amenities in the clinic and great treatment for the patient appreciate the time that Byron takes with his patients. This is Eleanor and I just wrote my feelings of Olga on my husband review. Now I am writing his. She was very knowledgeable and froze his pre cancer spots and told him he needed the blue light treatment because he has many pre cancer spots on his face and head.
We both were impressed with Olga.

i scheduled an appointment specifically for hair loss and was very disappointed in the care i received. their website says they examine the scalp and ask a series of questions—but none of that happened. no one looked at my scalp, asked about my lifestyle, or tried to understand the cause of my hair loss. instead, i was quickly offered a prescription without any real evaluation. i came hoping for a thoughtful approach, but this felt rushed and impersonal. i hope they start taking these concerns more seriously for future patients.
